Fero ETP-10 vs Fero ETP-20: Which carrier is best suited for your job?
Do you want to make transporting heavy materials easier, more efficient and safer? Then the Fero carriers are perfect for you! But which model is best suited for your work: the Fero ETP-10 or the Fero ETP-20?
We have summarised the main differences and similarities to help you make the right choice.

Difference in load capacity
The main difference between the two carriers is the load capacity. The Fero ETP-10 has a load capacity of 1,000 kg.
Do you work with very heavy materials and want your carrier to be able to lift more? Then you are better off choosing a Fero ETP-20 with a load capacity of no less than 2,000 kg.
Dimensions: both equally compact
Both carriers have a compact width of only 780 mm, which ensures that they fit through almost any doorway. This makes the carrier ideal for indoor spaces, narrow passageways and narrow garden paths.
The height, weight and ground clearance of the Fero ETP-20 are slightly higher than the Fero ETP-10. Despite this, the machine remains surprisingly manoeuvrable.

| Characteristic | ETP-10 | ETP-20 |
| Width | 780 mm | 780 mm |
| Length | 1236 mm | 1485 mm |
| Height | 450 mm | 500 mm |
| Weight | 450 kg | 650 kg |
| Ground clearance | 50 mm | 70 mm |
Battery & operating time
Both carriers are electrically powered and rechargeable via 230V. The ETP-20 has a heavier battery and therefore more capacity:
| Characteristic | ETP-10 | ETP-20 |
| Battery | 24V – 2.5 kWh | 48V – 5 kWh |
| Engine power | 2 x 1 kW | 2 x 6 kW |
| Charging time | 3.5 hours | 2.5 hours |
| Max. driving speed | 4 km/h | 3 km/h |
The ETP-20 therefore has more power but drives slightly slower. On the other hand, it charges even faster.
Other functionalities
Both models come standard with:
- Danfoss radio remote control with two driving speeds
- Built-in battery charger
- Front and rear flashlights
- Display with live battery level
- Optional: non-marking tracks instead of regular tracks

The ETP-20 has a unique feature that the ETP-10 does not, namely a rotating platform. This can be locked at every 90 degrees.
On the other hand, the ETP-10 has a lot of extra options that make your carrier even more efficient. View all these extra options here.
In summary: which carrier is right for me?
The main differences between the carriers are summarised in this table.
| Characteristic | ETP-10 | ETP-20 |

| Length x Width | 1236 x 780 mm | 1485 x 780 mm |
| Battery capacity | 24V – 2.5 kWh | 48V – 5 kWh |
| Charging time | 3.5 hours | 2.5 hours |
| Rotating platform | No | Yes (per 90° lock) |
